The project develops from the intention to reinterpret Italian design tradition through a contemporary, timeless language. The intervention defines a sequence of spaces structured around classical proportions, custom detailing, and a direct collaboration with high-end Italian craftsmanship.

The material selection – fine marbles, bespoke millwork, metal finishes, and custom furnishings –  serves as a primary compositional tool rather than mere surface decoration. Selected stone leaves the role of simple cladding to become a structural element that dictates spatial rhythm, while tailored finishes and precise detailing highlight the expertise of local artisans.
